By accessing and using APartsConnect ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

APartsConnect provides an online marketplace for automotive parts and accessories. By using our service, you agree to:

5. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products in new, unused condition. Certain items may not be returnable for safety or hygiene reasons. Please review our Return Policy for complete details.

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like transmitted through our service
• Any errors or omissions in content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content
• Product defects, malfunctions, or vehicle damage resulting from product installation or use

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APartsConnect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by APartsConnect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

13. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
